- Be responsible for overall implementation of the project activities included in the work plan, finalization of specifications of equipment and their delivery, supervision of the team, etc.
- Organize and participate in the Inception Workshop and other Internal workshops and training sessions, as well as contributing to the discussion of the establishment arrangements leading to realization of the Fair and ensure that such plans would fit the local conditions and objectives of the project;
- Supervise the day-to-day implementation work schedules.
- Select and submit names of the national counterpart team for implementation of the project activities and participating farmers and cooperatives, traders and local NGO's;
- Assist in identification and selection of national consultants;
- Assist in the preparation of the final document on project activities and achievements which can serve as a basis for a large-scale project on capacity building, focusing on organization and management of Agricultural Fairs in Jordan;
- Prepare progress reports to be submitted to the FAO technical backstopping officers and Lead Technical Units
