Examples range from structuring strategic co-marketing partnering with Trendyol (Turkey’s #1 marketplace) including influencer-led social campaigns with Georgina Rodriguez demonstrating ability to design creative partnership activations that deliver shared value, Amazon’s firstin-region cross-platform digital to physical activation (their flagship in KSA with critical importance to their premium beauty joint business plan with Dyson), and authenticity campaigns with Noon (partnering to amplify each other’s share of voice).

Leading the fastest growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) channel across global markets for Dyson (including the
Americas, Southern & Eastern Asia, Europe), with multi-billion dollar annual turnover. The key pillars of the role included commercial negotiations, technical responsibilities to bring opportunities to life, and strategy creation and
implementation. Complex trading deals negotiated with retailers, suppliers and service providers, that enables the
technical building of new distribution points via the large engineering team that I managed. Led cross-functional
technical teams to scope, build, test and launch - with the responsibility to simplifying the process for non-technical and executive level stakeholders. I created bespoke go-to-market strategies that focused on the strength of the retailer, enabling their success and for Dyson benefit from their unique market positions. This enabled highly profitable, sustainable growth, and pioneers the future of Dyson digital trading. This approach is imperative to keeping ahead of the competition, ensuring new innovations to reach and communicate with our shoppers in new exciting ways. The pipeline of 10+ prospective partnerships worth over $20m and collaborating with highly innovative markets, like China, was critical to staying ahead of the curve. Communicating learnings back to the head office functions and senior stakeholders helped to frequently gain support to deliver at pace and give scalable insights to grow more than just my function. Following rapid scaling to 32 new distribution points in two years, I was the keynote speaker and subject matter expert for marketplace strategy, expansion and sustainable growth at global event for Rithum (leader in commerce platform operations integration).

- Annual channel revenue growth of +20% from 2022 to 2023, whilst optimising trading profit contribution by +21%, through the application of my marketplace strategy. Achieved an all-time high sales volumes (2.1m units +14% growth).
- Launched 22 new strategic marketplaces within 1-year (2023), 32 within 2-years (2023-24), following in-depth refinement and financial assessment. Driving trading profit to the P&L and unlocking new incremental audiences.
- Developed, implemented and scaled automatic customer registration, increasing contactable owner base by over 80%. Enabled by developing a first-ever API to customer data to link email and provide support throughout their product lifecycle.
- Refined promotional strategy to reduce discount, whilst growing run rates by +8% through added value proposition.
- Developing go-to-market channel strategy and scaling across multiple international markets, with 100% compliance.
- Continuous improvement of trading efficiencies, including significant reductions in commissions & payment terms.

Growing Dyson third-party accounts and championing Dyson’s own ecommerce site to generate grow in a declining
market for the business. Working across sales, marketing and customer service, 2021-22 delivered a record year at
over 40k units (+36%). Responsible for finding new opportunities, including negotiating the scaling into in-direct
distribution points. Managing 5 accounts, each with a unique benefit to drive the market, enabled big picture thinking and a strategic mindset to set up the 5-year plan for continuous, sustainable growth. Absolute focus was provided to each account to business partner and fix the relationships. I created collaborative, mutually beneficial growth plans underpinned by marketing and constant data analysis to make informed decisions. The results were the full recovery of key trading accounts in Ireland and Dyson returning to growth in the market for the first time in 3-years.

- Drove market performance with P&L management. Frequent reporting, analysis, forecasting and meticulous planning. Underpinned by clear storytelling to support business understanding and gain support where required.
- Implemented automated stock management processes to save resources, increasing visibility and enabling decision making for benefit realisation. Saving the logistics team 40% of their working week to enable resource reallocation to better monitor stock receipts and drive market growth.
- Day-to-day management of external and internal accounts, solving problems at pace and unlocking opportunities.
- Launched Dyson’s first renewed sustainability campaign, focused on refurbishment of products to align with the business’s corporate social responsibility commitments. End-to-end process as I managed the refurb production team to ensure minimised wastage and maximum output to unlock sales opportunities and meet customer/retailer demand.
