Managing, developing and monitoring the performance of the Estimation, Engineering and Design teams, to achieve and assure the top Management objectives and prospects for MEP in Construction sector. Reporting to Managing Director.
Duties including:
• Analyze and identify key areas of improvement and apply cost estimation techniques to drive cost reductions and aid operational processes and efficiency.
• Assign responsibilities to the team on each Tender.
• Identify Tender’s risks and their order of magnitude.
• Select, supervise and appraise the Estimation team, based on the skills & education; and provide support & training.
• Prepare, submit and discuss the Tender closing sheet with the Managing Director; to ensure the timely submission of the Tender.
• Develop and strength the local as well as international MEP manufacturers/suppliers and sub-contractors’ data base.
• Assist the Construction team in evaluating and pricing the Project’s variation orders and additional works as required.
• Liaise with the Procurement department to negotiate with approved MEP vendors / suppliers and subcontractors for various supplies / material as per project (pre/post Tender).
• Prepare and generates monthly progress reports highlighting Tender wins/ losses (indicating reasons) for review and verification of the Management.
• Evaluate and make decision regarding venders/ suppliers and subcontractors major MEP item offers.
Managing, leading and develop Tendering department, to implement the management objectives and expectations in Solar/ PV Business. Reporting to CCO & CEO.
Duties including:
• Plan and develop local as well as international tendering department activities as per the Sales Policy.
• Prepare, submit and discuss the tender closing sheet with the CCO.
• Oversee analysis of past performance on Tenders and establish estimating standards for all future Tenders based on such analysis.
• Conducting on-going PV market research and mapping across the industry to identify prospective Clients and remain up-to-date with market developments.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts and closing deals with Clients.
• Build-up, maintain and strengthen contact with Client's key personnel and decision makers; and focus efforts to generate new opportunities in the PV business, and reporting to the Top Management.
• Participating in related Conferences and Events in Jordan and aboard.
• Contact, visit and establish solid relationships with international Contractors, to pursuit new deals in their Countries in the Renewable Energy sector.
• Lead the handing over meetings to transfer awarded Projects data to the Construction team; and provide them with the technical support during the execution period.
Roll- out Projects for Energy Efficiency in Public Building In Jordan- EEPB- (Package 3 Ministry of Education)
Leading and managing the Construction, Operations, Technical, and Engineering divisions, to assure the implementation of the Projects Management Department’s objectives.
Project Director Duties:
• Managing, monitoring & coordinating Project’s activities throughout the Project lifecycle; so as to assure the implementation of the Projects Management Department’s objectives, to achieve or even exceed Project’s specifications & standards; and take appropriate decisions to reform the implementation process.
• Oversee all aspects of the day to day management of construction and inspection activities to assure the compatibility with the approved work plan. In addition to coordination and communication with all Project’s stakeholders.
• Leading the Project Progress Meetings with Employer & Consultants representatives.
• Perform Project Payments Schedules and Cash Flow.
• Define Project activity constraints and assumptions; and apply value engineering, as appropriate.
• Assure the implementation of both QA/QC and HSE plans; and preparation of daily & monthly progress reports.
• Negotiation & preparation of Sub-Contractors Agreements. Control and secure the implementation of Sub-Contractors duties as per Project’s work plan and delivery dates.

• Managing, supervising and guiding the Sales & Marketing teams, to maintain excellent relationships with core Clients from all sectors.
• Attending face-to-face meetings with Client's key personnel & decision makers.
• Assisting Tendering Department in preparing cost estimate related to MEP/ PV works.
• Consultation and coordination with GM to enlarge Company market share.

Duties including:
• Managing the Engineering, Operations and Sales Divisions, so as they perform their duties to the required standards.
• Coordinate all Technical matters between Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Sub-Contractors to solve any potential problems.
• Organizing, supervising and coordinating the work of subordinates in the project.
• Supervising the preparation of Projects Work Plans & Progress Reports.
• Make decisions that required providing the entire Project's Materials and Resources.

• Identify and develop relationships with PV Customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Arrange face-to-face meetings with Client's key personnel & decision makers.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts and closing deals with Clients.
• Managing and monitoring the Sales & Marketing team performance.
• Responsible for the training and development of the Associates.
• Conducting on-going PV market research and mapping across the industry to identify prospective Clients and remain up-to-date with market developments.
• Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to meet all Clients' requirements.
Sales & Marketing Department
Manage and develop the Sales & Business Development process and team to ensure Company's sales targets.
Duties including:
• Understand and satisfy Customer needs and expectations to provide better opportunities for the Company.
• Ensure that the inquiries are screened and determine the required sales strategy, risk identification, and profit potential & analysis.
• Managing small scale PV Projects for private sector.
• Ensure liaison with other departments as appropriate in relation to proposals, projects, legal, financing, and other issues.
• Interact with the General Manager to maintain relationships with Clients during Project execution, especially from the point of generating additional work orders.
• Provide inputs to the Management based on PV market information to enable the Company to develop strategic plans for future Projects.
Sales & Tendering Department
Managing the MEP tendering team to implement the regional tendering department activities & plan.
Duties including:
• Monitor & evaluate Tendring team performance.
• Review and fully understand the tender requirements and formulate the same in instructions to the tendering team; in addition to reveal and solve areas of concern.
• Prepare tender risk assessment (for selected mega projects).
• Participate in the preparation of the joint venture & pre-tender agreements (during tendering stage).
• Review and validate direct & indirect cost estimates as well as equipment schedule and method statement for the Electrical & Mechanical works.
• Prepare, submit and defend the tender closing form to the corporate sales & tendering manager/ regional manager.
• Participate in subsequent negotiations with the Client and other third parties.
Estimation & Technical Department
Leading, coordinating and managing the MEP estimation team and resources to perform successful estimating functions for various large scale projects in all construction sectors.
Duties including:
• Prepare and submit the technical MEP proposals for the awarded Projects.
• Review the tender documents, including B.O.Q, drawings, general conditions, schedules and specifications, and coordinate with the team to complete the scope.
• Coordinating with sub-contractors and solicit them to provide their most competitive offers.
• Finalizing both direct and indirect cost estimates for the Mechanical and Electrical works.
• Supervising the final tender's technical and financial proposals.
• Assist the construction team in pricing the variation orders as required.
• Joining the tender’s meetings with the Clients, and build effective relationship with them.

• Preventive and corrective maintenance for injection stretch-blow molding machines.
• Mold mounting, maintenance, and troubleshooting for all the above-mentioned machines.
• Product troubleshooting (molded containers and liners).
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of the system and plant infrastructure made up of pumps, compressors, chillers, fans, tanks, piping, electrical installations, lighting, and computers.
