Human Resources Administration
• Coordinate the full life cycle of HR; from on-boarding of the employee, up until the exit process.
• Ensure company’s human resources are used efficiently and effectively by training new hired staff under HR department both inside Dubai office as well as company’s branch outside UAE.
• Conduct new employee induction program / joining formalities, new hire survey until exit interview.
• Oversee employee disciplines and their compliance with company rules and policies.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule for offer letter acceptance, joining documentation, residence visa application and on-boarding process.
• Manages employee data and HR records in-line with the legal, business requirements.
• Manage internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide high quality and timely customer service ensuring all requests are fully understood.
• Ensure that request/inquiries are responded within the SLA and keep the internal customer informed of expected completion date.
• Works closely with client, management and/or employees to provide support, planning and problem solving.
• Oversees employee medical insurance cycle; manages employee addition and deletion requests, arranges reimbursemnt submissions as well as looking into reimbursement payments
• Manage off-boarding process of leaving and terminated employees; from visa cancellation, medical insurance deletion and ticket booking.
• Performs maintenance and audits of HR data in line with ISO standards.
• Liaising with the PRO department for the submission of relevant visa requirements, as well as any other current government identification requirements.
• Helps in developing as well as recommending plans and activities to improve on the current ERP HR system and process development.

Attendance & Payroll
• Handling post joining as a Team Lead who oversees client’s monthly payroll, attendance and leave management of employees, validation of monthly payroll outputs such as; payslips, salary query and reports through ERP HR system.
• Ensures up-to-date accuracy of employee salary information within payroll systems.
• Liaising with finance and other departments or functions for any related invoicing issues.

Performance Management
• Assist in coordinating and improving the company performance management programs.
• Conduct biannual & annual performance appraisal or evaluation of employee based on the set KPI’s.

Reporting
• Prepare & submit the weekly/monthly/annual dashboard and MIS reports to the HR Manager.
• Prepare reports relating to personnel recruitment, attendance/payroll, on-boarding and off-boarding status.

Clients Services Representative / Claims Executive at NEURON LLC (Insurance TPA)

Process changes to, reinstatement of, and cancellation of insurance
policies. Duties include reviewing insurance applications to ensure that
all questions have been answered, compiling data on insurance policy
changes, changing policy records to conform to insured party's
