3- Gather information about markets, competition, etc. and prepare monthly competitive survey reports to analyze the real estate market trends and conditions in the area.
4- Analyze concerns associated with listings which are slow to lease and offer recommendations to property owners and manager.
5- Understand and comply with UAE and standards

7- Provide information about commercial listings to any prospect and schedule viewing as and when required.

10- Conduct follow up activity with all prospects in order to establish positive relations.
11- Maintain an accurate and in - depth knowledge of all aspects of the field particularly in areas such as rent and pricing information, vacancies, commercial buildings available, lease expirations, square footage, etc.
