Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintaining the general ledger, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
• Reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reviewing and approving journal entries for accuracy and compliance.
• Performing month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Preparing financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement), ensuring accuracy and costing.
• Creating financial reports and presentation for management.
• Assisting with the preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Involved in implementing new accounting software.

• Preparation of purchase orders and quotations
• General ledger/vouchers, A/R, A/P preparation
• To execute the inventory from warehouse to work locations and update the stock ledger
• Stock valuation at the end of each month
• Resolving accounting discrepancies
• Maintaining daily cash flow
• Preparing P& L Statements
• To submit the VAT returns at the end of each quarter

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for routine financial, secretarial and administrative duties
• Updating register and index for the entry of the latest documents and maintaining the revision
• Identifying and filing the documents replacing the previous version if available and retaining those versions in archives
• Updating all employees records
• Managing Payroll
• Preparing P& L Statements
• Resolving accounting discrepancies
