As a leader at one of the top luxury real estate agencies in the United Arab Emirates, I spearheaded the newly formed property management and short-term rental divisions. Created and implemented Operation manuals for Property and Facility management divisions. I created processes and procedures for Legal, Rent collections, Tenant retention and Leasing. Within the first year I increased residential occupancy levels from 68% to a steady 97% which lasted throughout my tenure with Al Jazi Real estate.

I was hired to create a property management division for Barwa Real estate. I created Barwa City’s Property management process and procedures handbook which included Leasing, collections process and procedures, finance processes and legal process and procedures. We were given a 3-year period to lease up Barwa City, but our Lease up strategy enabled us to lease 6000 units in less than one year.
