Introduce Quality and food safety procedures, programs, and work instructions in all plants, develop food safety, GMP, and Quality audit programs, and ensure operations full compliance with quality and food safety standards.
•Train plans for different levels of personnel in each operation, execute audit and training plans are fully applied throughout the plant, and also ensure that all operating processes are in compliance with local regulations.
•Manage customer complaints management starting from complaints receiving and investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action plans, and follow up to ensure contentious improvements in complaints results
•Render a keen eye for details to plan and lead regular annual Management reviews in compliance with the Quality and food safety standard requirements and develop and lead meeting outcomes.
•Develop, implement, and communicate all required procedures, work instructions, and quality monitoring programs covering all product quality assurance systems within production processes.
•Review periodic quality reports received from each area through operations; conduct analysis on the findings and generate quality trends & recommends corrective actions and ensure implementation and compliance.
•Design food safety training programs and training plans for different levels of personnel in each operation and ensure that the training plan is fully applied in each site per each level
•Lead products traceability and recall management systems and conduct annual tests for recall procedures.

Developed HCP’s/CCP’s throughout the process to ensure Halal point and product quality & safety achieved Halal certification, also carried out different legal authority audits and ensure compliance.
Scheduled the activities of workers who process, package, test and grade food, beverage and associated products
HACCP co-ordinator- identify, evaluate, control and prevent hazards at all stages of the food production process.
