Keep a track of costs, project change control and earned value management
Monthly Cost Control Report, to calculate BCWP, ACWP, CPI, CV, EAC, VAC and Cost at completion
Periodical reports to Management to highlight saving /loses in over-budgeted items
Identify project claims, prepare supporting documents for claim, and coordinate with Engineering & Operation departments.
Check and verify MRFs (Material requisition form) Quantity & Cost
Application for interim payments, payment at completion and final payments
Valuation of variations, variation notifications, Variation order requests
Prime cost Provisional sum adjustment, weekly and monthly status

Provide complete, regular and timely internal reports to the Commercial Manager, which covers material management, site performance, key dates & actions, commercial situation and major issues
Preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities;
Preparation of Initial Cost Estimate for bidding
Participation in Invitation, Short listing of tenderers, participating in awarding of contracts
Verification of Monthly Progress Payments IPCs (Interim payments certificates)
Evaluation for non BOQ items.
Advise tender evaluation group through about any changes in tender documents, drawings, design, quantity
Issuance of Variation change order to contractors
Checking / verification of variation statements
Conduct monthly Financial meetings with client and contractors
Commercial Correspondence with client and contractor
Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Financial reports
Conduct monitoring visit with clients, local government and technical departments
Full time supervision of Civil work
Quality control
Checking/verification of Bar Bending Schedules
Verification of contractor’s Monthly Payments Applications
Verification of Variation statements, Evaluation of Rate analysis
Preparation of Weekly and Monthly progress Reports
Prepare & evaluate all works relating to costing and quantification.
Review/check working (shop) drawings and quantities
Participation in all meetings of the field team. Carefully take notes of all discussions and document all the information.
Assist senior staff in management of field reports and collection of information from primary and secondary sources
