Liaise with IT and HR department user representatives, as well as planning and technical staff to understand, gather and analyze user requirements, scope projects and identify IS business process improvements
Map and continuously improve HR business processes to optimize system functionality
Develop new and revised human resource policies in systems, methods, programs and processes to improve internal operations and service delivery in collaboration with management and employees services
Conduct tests and administer new functionality in HR systems based on business requirements
Test all developments and enhancements prior to Implementation
Monitor system performance and perform fault finding investigations
Manage and work closely with internal / external providers on projects related to implementation and improvement of HR systems from inception to completion
Meet with IT, Finance and other department contacts to ensure all aspects of HR Systems are addressed
Participation in Business System Delivery meeting and lock scope meetings
