Review and study of project specification requirement, Quality control and Engineering requirements
Responsible for organizing, implementing and executing inspection and test for welds and piping in accordance with project code and specification requirement and safety requirement.
Review method of statement and inspection test plan ITP, PQR, WPS, and MTC as per client Requirements
Responsible for monitoring inspect and administering quality of work, ensuring that all work area in accordance with the approved drawing and specification required and make sure the inspection, witnessing, hold points. Client / owner are complied as identified in the inspection test plan (ITP).
Review radiography film, NDE activities and ensure the sub-contractor are following the requirement procedures..
Monitoring piping fabrication work, fit-up, welding and erection and coordinate to sub-contractor to assure that construction activities effecting safety and quality are compliance with project requirements.
Prepare punch list for completed line and review test packages prior for hydro testing.

Liaise with sub-Contractor regarding documentation, QC issues, review, assist in close-out activities, Assist in any quality related queries. Ensure that contractors comply with all aspects of the Worksite HSE Plan and policy; site regulations, permit to work and Client requirements.
Supervise total Welding, Piping and Equipment construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule; includes interfacing with client representatives, other contractors, etc.
Detailed planning, coordination and interfacing of construction activities within a continuous operating plant environment.
Resolves problems and difficulties encountered or elevates it to the appropriate supervisory personnel.
Ensure by leadership and guidance that contracted works meets all practical, commercial, requirements of productivity, quality and contract target completions.
