➢ Manages room maintenance.
➢ Maintain monthly inventory of new linen & electronic items requested and purchased for colleague.
➢ Prepare the room for new arriving colleague with set of linen and furniture as per the property set standards.
➢ Pickup new colleagues at airport.
➢ Cancel visa of leaved colleague at airport.
➢ Ensure that any misuse of equipment in the accommodation is brought to the attention of the accommodation supervisor.
➢ Report the colleague’s accommodation cafeteria food concerns & consumption on daily basis.
➢ Ensure cleanliness is maintained at all times in the accommodation especially the public areas
