ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Daily site inspections and ensuring the safety procedure at work place.
•Display of sign-boards and ensuring the work area is nicely barricaded with safety lights.
•Housekeeping of the whole work area.
•Monitoring the work men health and ensuring first aid facilities.
•Coordinating tool box talks on site.
•Visit working areas to ensure that Personnel protective, equipment are provided and properly worn.
•To conduct safety orientation to workers and others.
•Ensuring fire and emergency drills and participation for awareness and culture establishment.
•Ensuring fire extinguishers at work place. Maintaining fire extinguishers log sheets.
•Inspecting hygiene at work place.
•Monitoring drinking water and rest area facilities to workmen.
•Daily inspection of heavy equipment check list.
•Coordinating with ambulance in emergencies and accidents.
•Reporting daily man hours and machine hours to safety manager for safety statistics preparation.
•Monitoring safety railings installation and reporting the unsafe conditions to execution team.
•Ensuring catch nets at height working area.
•Checking all permits for the related job.
•Ensuring enough stocks of safety equipment at stores (Ex: Full body harness, helmets,
Catch nets, lifeline ropes…Etc.
