-Support hardware and software problems of staff members
-Configure and join client to the domain
-Repair out of warranty PC units/printers and projectors

-Update Asset inventory of the equipment in the department
-Install and setup account for staff users
-Troubleshoot network connectivity problems(i.e hardware/software related)
-Report to the immediate supervisor at the end of the week.

Setup internet cafes, setup computer and laptops, software installations, image backup and restoration. Repair of electronics equipment.
