• Preparation of overall project schedule coordinating with Planning engineer
• Coordinating with O/E & Design team for design stage comments and approval to expedite the process.
• Coordinating all Site meetings with O/E, OEM engineers based on Site development
• Conducting Site progress meeting with Civil, MEP etc.
• Managing the site activities of Substation Projects at various stages of the execution with Civil and MEP team.
• Coordinating for Material quantification / procurement, design approvals / timely submission of design documents, vendor coordination etc. to accelerate overall project activities.
• Plan/arrange all the necessary resources such as subcontractors / manpower, materials
• Studying all construction drawings / documents and its updates in terms of construction methodologies in coordination with other disciplines /contractors / subcontractors prior to construction and to give proper extensive explanation to the team of work.
• Managing simultaneous work group with all aspects of tasks development; follow-up task progress and time schedule for the projects
• Vendor engineer co-ordination for Major equipment storage and installation
• Necessary coordination with O/E.
• Studying the construction schedule and project budget and review them continuously to assure working within the limit.
• Responsible for RCDR and all Claims as per work done.
• Coordination and monitoring overall site testing team.
• Manage and monitor project closeout procedures including O&M manuals, as built, punch lists, and warranty walk through.

• Design construction and testing commissioning of Hot Butt and Bath processing Plants in Sohar Aluminium and EMAL.
• Project Consultants: Overseas Bechtel, SNC-L, WPPreparation of project Schedule, Method Statements, ITP, Materials Submittals, Tools BOQ and follow-up
• Work allocation to Sub-ordinates, Co-ordination with Civil and Mechanical Engineers
• Monitoring daily site Activities with Site Supervisors and implementing the works to meet project Specification
• Installation of MV/LV Switchgear and LV Motor Control Centres, Lighting distribution Boards and transformers (11KV/440V). Earthing system, UPS system, DC Battery bank Cable trays and cables
• Installations of Various Instrument and SCADA system
• Responsible for the site construction process during the entire construction project, which included contract drawings, RFIs, Change Orders, Inspections and Test reports
• Responsible for project handover documents and closeout of punch list.
• Worked as warranty engineer with responsible of closing all open documents and site related activity and successful operation of plant.

• Site Engineer for 66/11KV indoor GIS substation named as a Midfield south Substation.

• Reviewing of Construction drawing and comments forwarding to Design department.
• Shop drawing preparation for Cable Ladder and Cable Roots.
• Preparation of cable Schedule and Selection of Control Cables.
• Preparing of Method statements, ITP, Materials, tools BOQ.
• Following the Material delivery status.
• Preparation of daily site activity reports and submits to client representative.
• Co-ordination with civil and Mechanical engineers for cable ducts, building earthing and HVAC duct, drainage piping works.
• Installations of 66KVGIS (Areva F35) and 11KVAIS (ABB), 20MVA Power Transformer (ABB), LVAC, DCDB, Battery Bank, SCMS & Control Relay Panels (ABB), MV Cables and Terminations, Lighting and Earthing
• Co-ordination with Client and Safety officers’ for weekly safety walks.
