• Provide pre-sales support for SMB and corporate sales account managers and prepare RFI/RFQ/RFP/RFT.

• Design the proposal and the prices of the International data, Internet and voice products coordinating with data and voice wholesales managers.
• Working together with the vendors as procurement manager to design the proposal and the prices of the products and also create a B2B business opportunity and business relationship.
• Design the SLA process for each product/services solution proposal implementation coordinating with the head of product and development.
• Prepare pre-sales reports at the end of every month in order to analyze the outcome of the potential and the accurate deals, follow up with the SMB and corporate sales team to get the feedback of each deal and also to keep the customers historical records.
