Roles and key responsibility
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Delivering excellent customer service and able to accommodate a huge average of guest dining in the restaurant.
Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team.

Executes different tasks and provides supports in which needed most for the operation.
Petty cash management/cashier/receptionist/taking orders/multi -tasking
Performs other duties in assisting management as needed and conducting papers work for disciplinary actions, performance evaluation and other papers work concerning to restaurant operation.
