➢Formulate and update technical specification/ compliance check list for new acquisitions of Biomedical Equipment.

➢Assists with the supervision of the IDP's for developers and technicians (university students) within the section and organize training.
➢Technically evaluate clinical equipment proposed for purchase and review tender in liaison with the BME Group Leads against end-user recommended selection
➢Perform repair, calibration, preventive maintenance, and inspection of Biomedical Equipment as per manufacturer standard of the machine/system for reliable and accurate test results and function.
➢To maintain, calibrate, adjust, and commission Biomedical Equipment as per manufacturer standard of the machine/system for reliable and accurate test results and function as designated.
➢Attending day to day breakdown/fault of monitoring items for proper function
➢Properly checks the medical equipment according to Joint Commission International (JCI) standards
➢ Conducts medical equipment installation, testing and commissioning of medical equipment.
➢ Performs equipment checklist of all medical equipment that have been delivered to the warehouse to check medical equipment completeness and performance.
➢ Performs necessary work to complete accessories on all items that have been received without the required accessories.
➢ Performs product demo as required by sales
➢ Train the biomedical engineers of customers as requested by customer in coordination with sales.
➢ Prepares reports, letters, and other communications on medical equipment issues.
➢ Exercise safety and cleanliness in the work area at all times.
➢ Keep track of all tools, spare parts and other inventories under my responsibility
➢ Attend meetings, conventions, and trainings as management may deem necessary for my advancement.
