1- Assist with enforcing food safety programs and procedures, GMP policy, and personnel hygiene policies,
2- Verify and communicate to appropriate departments and outlets any findings as relate to food safety and/or
quality issues,
3- Assist with preparation for any and all food safety audits,
4- Sample collecting for microbial testing,
Record test results and maintain appropriate documentation,
5- Responsible for produce quality inspections and proper storage,
6- Communicate with managers of each outlets, solving problems,
7- Communicate with cleaning companies, pest control companies and detergents companies.

1- Setting food safety practices and procedures,
2- Performing audits to ensure quality control and compliance with food safety laws at every level of food production (detailed report after each inspection),
3- Training and supervising food service workers such as kitchen and bar staff, shift leaders and team leaders.
