i was working in a project Management department, so i was supervising the projects and the employee who are involve in a specify projects .
I was diagnose computer problems, monitor computer processing systems, install software and perform tests on computer equipment and programs. I may also set up computer equipment, schedule maintenance and teach employee to use programs. Other job duties can include minor repairs and computer parts ordering.
