Job Responsibilities:
• Constructing a full profile of customers overall strategy, operating priorities and major marketing and performance initiatives.
• Understand key elements of major supplier measurements
• Build relationships with industry and senior key executives
• Responsible for maintaining the best procedures and processes when it comes to employee performance and time management
• Initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to identify the need of training in the different sectors of the business unit
• Provide leader ship to the inside translation team to assure quality and meeting time frames
• identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments;
• designing and expanding training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs;
• developing effective induction programs;
• ensuring that statutory training requirements are met; evaluating training and development programs;
• having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages;
• Delivering and conducting TRAINING programs as identified and being able to solve any problems that may arise in the process whethere on one to one basis or in groups.
• Protect the confidentiality of information
• Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants
• Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel
• Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
• Check translation of technical terms and terminologies used by the client to ensure they are accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revisions
• Discuss translation requirements with clients and team members, Proof read, edit, and revise translated materials
