GD&T measument for Various automotive component
Measurement of various component of fuel injection pump(Inline pump, Common rail diesel injection(CRDI) pump, Locomotive injection pump). In this components measuring of Roundness, Straightness, Parallelism, Concentricity, Total run out, conicity, surface finish
Responsibilities
The inputs will be given in form of specified drawing
Finished component measuring with the accuracy of 0.01µm by using special fine measuring instrument - MMQ400 (Making from Mahar- Germany)
•Verification of fine measuring instrument accuracy with in 0.01µm by using of proof cylinder and recorded the accuracy control chart
• Verification of Laboratory temperature and humidity and recorded in control chart
•Measure the specified GD&T of component
•Verify the measurement as per the Bosch standard
•Maintained the laboratory record as per Bosch standard
