Event Coordinating:
- Plan and direct brand launching, training sessions and sponsoring events to increase product and service awareness.
- Organize and negotiate all aspects of events on behalf of the company including pricing, location, vendors and maintaining budgets for the event.
- Communicate with senior management in a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Managing events such as openings, trainings, press releases, launch events and press meetings.
Marketing
- Responsible for marketing of all company brands, while managing the entire products line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Developing an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the brands managers.
- Creating budget management strategies, by delivering all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
- Managing all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
- Achieving frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media.
- Conducting a full market research, in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
- Executing seasonal campaigns for Abu Shakra in coordination with agencies on Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and many others some of which are specified by brand in collaboration internationally.
- In charge of social media, Facebook and Twitter and online campaign
- Supervising the marketing activities and the marketing team for Mazaya (Abu Shakra’s branches in Egypt)
2. Public Relations:
- Prepare or edit organizational publications, including employee newsletters.
- Respond to requests for information from the media.
- Confer with production to produce or coordinate production of advertisements and promotions.
- Study the objectives, promotional policies and needs that will influence public opinion or promote ideas, products and services.
- Arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media for the brands.
- Purchase advertising space and time as required promoting client's product and/or agenda.
- Plan and conduct market and public opinion research to test products or determine potential for product success, communicating results to client or management.
