Expand customer base by building new relationships with consultants, contractors and designers through sales calls and site visits. Build sustainable relationships with clients for repeat orders. Develop the lighting control business in the region.
Maintain records of project update, sales orders and controls log weekly to update all teams of progress.
Design lighting control system in accordance with project specifications and requirements. Generate designs and shop drawings, single line diagrams, circuit layouts, product selection, technical submittals, approvals.
Meeting Architects, designers to get the products specified. Understand risks, possible variations, product timelines and stock to minimize impact on project schedules.
Managing Service & Commissioning of Lighting Control System across the Middle East. Interact with clients and contractors to understand project requirements and advice necessary actions.
Preparing tender documents based on the requirement of the clients and consultants. Coordinate with contractors for installation, handling, troubleshooting.
Commissioning of Lighting Control System-on-site in coordination with MEP team.
Fault-finding, networking, system integration with BMS and other Third-Party systems.
Provide on-site training and hands-on experience with control systems to clients or end-user.
Render technical drawings, single diagrams, circuit layouts and electrical systems specifications.
Provide insight into the maintenance of systems and training to users. Close Maintenance contracts for completed projects.
