Estimates and monitors construction costs from the feasibility stage of a project through the completion of the construction period.
Allocates construction works and negotiates cost proposals with sub-contractors ensuring cost budgets are attained.
Conducts actual site measurement/re-measurement of sub-contractor’s contract/additional works for reconciliation and settlement of project cost claims.
Prepares assessments and valuations of sub-contractors billings and cost claims for progress and variation order payments.
