• Space planning /fit-out/ conceptualization of turnkey projects.
• Preparation of plans, elevations, sections, isometric and shop drawings.
• Convert hand drawn sketches/specifications into detailed CAD drawings.
• Prepare submission drawings as per B.O.Q.
• Prepare B.O.Q.
• Produce perspective views (modeling & rendering) of the project for presentation purposes.
• Assist the design team in space planning / conceptualization of turnkey projects, including MEP, fit-outs and Interior civil works.
• Preparation of plans, elevations, sections, isometric and shop drawings.
• Preparation of services drawing such as plumbing, water supply, air-con ducting systems & electrical layouts of buildings.
• Convert hand drawn sketches/specifications into detailed CAD drawings.
• Prepare submission drawings as per B.O.Q.
• Produce perspective views (modeling & rendering) of exterior & interior such as living, dining, bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen for presentation purposes.

• Convert hand drawn sketches/specifications into detailed CAD drawings.
• Prepare submission drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings and other bridge / road construction related drawings such as cross sections, elevations, layout plans and related supplementary details.
• Perform, generate calculations for B.O.Q. such as formwork, concrete & rebar.
• Preparation of sprinkler system layout for the car park building.
• Maintain and update CAD drawing database for future use.
• Discuss with the client regarding the design specifications of the house.
• Make schematics/conceptual architectural drawings as per design preference of the client.
• Revise the drawing designs as per client’s choice.
• Prepare architectural plans, sections, elevations & supplementary details of the final design.
• Make perspective views (modeling & rendering) of exterior & interior such as living, dining, bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen of the finalized design.
• Handover the final design to the client subject for engineer’s calculations.
• Take directions from engineers to generate 2D / 3D models using AutoCAD in a reasonable amount of time.
• Produce Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Drawings such as layouts, diagrams and details relating to modifications of existing structures and installations like oil & gas flow lines, trunk lines and well heads.
• Convert hand drawn sketches/specifications of engineers/foremen into detailed CAD drawings.
• Perform actual jobsite / fabrication shop measurements and checking.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings and other oil & gas construction related drawings.
• Create proposal design drawings such as instrument supports and wellhead platforms for client’s approval.
• Work closely with the Welding and/or Mechanical QC regarding the preparation & updating of weldmap drawings.
• Cooperate with surveyors in plotting coordinates using AutoCAD.
• Maintain CAD drawing database for future use.
• Learn & implement Client’s Standard sets for all drawings.
• Take calls from Nokia consumers all over North America and Canada.
• Assist them regarding their inquiries about Nokia products and services.
• Take care of their concerns or complaints about Nokia products.
• Give them the assurance and the solution to their concerns.
• Give Nokia consumers the maximum satisfaction by solving their concerns or by granting their inquiries through friendly, responsible & professional approach.
• Continuously learn new Nokia products/technology that will be released on global market to be able to assist consumers accordingly regarding their concerns/inquiry.
• Undergo regular refreshment trainings to maintain the operation standards in dealing with clients/consumers.
• Work directly with engineering team and take instructions from engineers/ architects to produce two-dimensional or three-dimensional models using AutoCAD software.
• Preparation of services drawing for buildings such as plumbing, water supply & electrical layouts of buildings.
• Design and lay-outing for domestic water system, drainage system and firefighting system.
• Draft general plans, elevations, sections, isometric, perspective & detailing of different construction projects such as residential buildings and concrete span bridges using either AutoCAD or REVIT.
• Take detailed hand drawn plans / sketches and use AutoCAD to create presentable and accurate drawings.
• Perform drawing revisions as directed by the engineer.
• 3D visualizer/modeler using AutoCAD / REVIT Architecture software.
• Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval of project drawings.
• Make transmittals of incoming documents.
• Encode, sort and xerox documents when instructed by direct supervisor.
• Assist the clients regarding their queries.
• Give clients the right forms for their SSS transactions.
• Administer the system database for fast and easy retrieval of client’s records.
