I have recently become an avid runner. I enjoy running back and forth from my home to my workplace.

I have spent the last year working my way up from jogging around the block to running two 1/2 marathons. In January of 2013 I was just over 20 stone. I have cut over 4 stone and am rapidly approaching my goal weight. I have competed in several 5k and 10k events and in Nov '13 ran my first 1/2 marathon in Las Vegas. I completed another 22 km race in Feb '14 at Baton Rouge, LA.

As Owner in Red Wagon Trucking

By JC Williams (PARTNER) on 15-08-2013
"I worked for Joshua as a dispatcher and driver for Red Wagon. He was always a top notch supervisor. He managed to keep all of the drivers as busy as they wanted to be without overworking anyone. I've never known anyone that could manage customers as well as he can. It is almost as if he hypnotizes an angry customer and lets them release all their tension until they can't even remember why they were upset in the first place. After working for Joshua for 4 years he gave me the opportunity to purchase Red Wagon from him as he moved on to a new career in Public Safety. To this day I still rely on him to help me with some of our more difficult customers because even after being gone for almost 6 years he is still the person they want to deal with."
