 Scanning and filing of Insurance policies.
 Undertaking general administrative duties (Date entry, responding to telephone, emails and written correspondence).
 Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer contact.
 Checking correctness of policy terms and conditions.
 Analyzing documents, policies, endorsements and applications for completeness and accuracy.
 Communicating with and reporting to insurers on a regular basis.
