• To assess the patient current symptoms, vital signs (BP, PR, O2 Sat, Height and
Weight), and significant medical history of the patient.
• Experienced in Urology, Ob/Gyne, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Vascular
Surgery and Plastic Surgery Department
• Works directly under physicians, assisting them during exams, diagnostic testing and
treatments
• Prepares and administers (orally, subcutaneously, Intramuscular and Intradermal)
and records prescribed medications in the patient file.
• Assisting in minor procedure in OPD.
• To ensure compliance and to orient and guide the staff with regards of the Infection
Control Policy and guidelines.
