Principal Job activities

 Imparting Fire training to plant operators for Basic and advanced Fire Fighting and Rescue operations (creating real fire situations)

 Participating as a member of an emergency situation team, providing first line decisions concerning containment of emergency, assist the on scene commander and participate in detailed first aid or emergency action dictated by situation,

 Training to Fire /Emergency service personnel (all types of Fire and rescue drills) and conducting Mock exercises on various scenarios.

 Inspection /operation and maintenance of fire service equipment like fire monitors(fixed/mobile), BA sets, Fixed fire fighting installations, Detectors, Mobile fire appliances (Fire tenders).


 Preparing and implementing the maintenance schedule of Fire appliances to ensure the same are working in case of emergency.

 Experience in dealing with various types of emergencies like oil tank fire, power station fire, fuel spillages, ammonia leak, tank truck fires, building collapses, transformers fire, cable gallery fire, panel room fire, liquid metal spillage, naphthalene plant fire, rescue of causality from high rise building etc.
