Site Supervision for improvement of Roads and Highways including Drainages, Micro tunneling, TSE, Sewer lines, Waste water Treatment Facilities, Traffic Signs & Signals, Street Lightings and relocation of existing underground utilities.
•Provide support and guidance to the Project Manager on implementing the Project HSE Plan.
•Conducting daily HSE inspections of all work activities in assigned project area to ensure they are being carried out as per the requirements of MOWE, legal requirements, company H&S procedures and the contractor’s Health and Safety Plan and procedures, risk assessments and method statements.
•Coordinate with Client and Project Management team with best practice on health and safety management system. Ensuring due attention is paid to HSE during design, construction, pre-commissioning and operation phase of the project.
•Compile an audit program and conduct monthly safety audits to ensure best practice, conform to legislation and all Health and Safety Plans and procedures and being implemented.
•Stops work in imminent danger situations or conditions having imminent adverse environmental impact.
•Investigating and reporting all incidents/accidents as per Client’s and legislative requirements ensuring that root causes are identified and remedial actions are closed out.
•Ensuring all necessary documentation, instructions and correspondences related to HSE will be issued in the professional and timely manner.
•Conducting safety training to site personnel and workers.
•Lead and assisting in accident/ incident investigations to ensure all accidents / incidents are properly investigated including near miss incidents, first aid cases, all recordable cases, chemical spillage incidents and property damages.
•Set up a weekly site safety meeting and walkthrough with Contractor staff.
•Liaising with contractors’ safety & environmental personnel on deficiencies found during inspections relating to their work scope, advising how to close out each point raised.
Project: Georgetown University of Qatar
Involved with Georgetown University project which includes construction of the university buildings, roads, water supply, drainages, utilities and landscaping.

•Monitor work practices of subcontractors to ensure compliance with the Client requirements and the Health, Safety & Environmental programs & policies.
