Parsons was the programme management consultant (PMC) for the Khazaen project, a 95m sqm greenfield integrated logistics hub, managed and operated by Oman Logistics Company, a 100% subsidiary of ASYAD Group.

Emaar, the Economic City, a JV with Emaar Properties (Dubai), is the main developer of the US$ 95bn and 173m sqm greenfield King Abdullah Economic City project in Saudi Arabia, including the 65m sqm Industrial Valley.
Managed the delivery of vertical development projects for the Industrial Valley, including design, procurement and construction, and supported the commercial department in the delivery of five concept and detailed master plans for a total area of 16.5m sqm, including a bonded & re-export zone, Islamic free trade zone and multi-modal logistics zone.

Abu Dhabi Ports is the main developer of all ports and related industrial zones in Abu Dhabi, including the US$ 7bn and 418m sqm greenfield Khalifa Port & Industrial Zone Project.
Led the client industrial zone project team, responsible for the development of phase-1 (51m sqm) of the Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (Kizad) and the interface with the Khalifa Port team and managed the PMC for the delivery of Kizad’s US$1bn landside road infrastructure and utilities, leading to its successful completion on 01.09.12 and Royal inauguration on 12.12.12

Sohar Port and Freezone, a 50/50 JV between the Port of Rotterdam and the Government of Oman, is the main developer and landlord of the 20m sqm Sohar Industrial Port and 65m sqm Sohar Free Zone Project.
Managed the interface with the Ministry of Transport for the delivery of the port’s landside roads and utilities infrastructure (US$ 141m) to ensure incorporation of the port’s functional and operational requirements, in addition to providing technical support to the commercial department to ensure effective land allocation to port tenants.
