Responsible for submitting and processing new/renewal trade license, commercial license, ministry of economy registration, chamber of commerce registration.
Establish file Keep data input and update employee information on the visa process system
Regularly obtain employee list from MOL site ( E, Natawasel) and Immigration Department up on request from Gm
Submit to Finance department bill sheet of all visa and work permits cost.
Responsible for submitting report of all visas under process.
Present the visa approval list right upon its release from Ministry of Labor.
Responsible for obtaining the original visa (pink visa) Deposit visas at the airport.
Responsible for submitting labor card receipts after submission to MOL
Responsible for submitting all signed labor contract by employees to MOL
Renew and maintain all company's leases in the U.A.E before its expiry, which includes offices, company apartments.
Responsible for following up on receiving actual labor contract and labor card and trace the Ministry of Labor in the event the labor contract were not delivered within the time frame
Deal with general enquires regarding PRO functions promptly and efficiently to enhance the level of department service
Provide service, support and assistance to new and existing employees on their requirements such are Driving license, Car registrations, help to facilitate new comers in finding accommodation legal requirements to ensure that PR services are provided as required.
Typing Amendment Memorandum Of Associations (AMOA) in Arabic Language
Typing request to Notary Public For Issue true copy (MOA) or (AMOA)
Arrange for attestation of legal documents such birth certificate education certificate…etc
Take, submit & collect all necessary documentation in order to organize all Employee official paperwork.
Represent the Company at locations such as the Police Station, Airport, Hotels, Embassies, Ministries/Municipalities, rera & other significant Departments & in accordance with services such as mobile & landline phone services (connections/disconnections/repairs), mail, electricity
Accompany the employee as they exit the country.
Collect and Provide periodical updates from the government authorities on all Labor and immigration rules to keep the HR department abreast of the changes in the rules and procedures.
