1 Maintaining maincontractors and Sub-contractor’s Employees and workers Daily Attendance with Head Count and accurate timings and prepare reports accordingly and comparing the attendance with the punching device’s report.

2 Preparing the monthly time sheets for staffs & workers to Submit payroll department after reviewing the same with Project operations Manager.



3 Record employee’s information, such as exemptions, transfer, terminations and resignations to maintain and update records and submission of the same to Project operations Manager.


4 Preparing all kinds of reports related to Manpower (Man- hours reports, Project Manpower Reports, etc.) And submitting to necessary Dept Heads after approval from Project Operations Manager

5 Daily Inspection of the actual work hours of the workers with the work hours suggested by the foreman and any
variance to be reported to Project Operations Manager

6 Monitor, record and maintain the overtime hours with comparing the punching device’s report as per
Instructions from Project Operations Manager.

7 All other works as a signed by the Project Operations
Manager limited to in handling workers with their issues related to work and personal matters.

8 Allocation of workers to specified foreman’s and
Engineer’s as advice by Project Operations Manager.

9 All HR related works for workers are maintained and
Provided to Project Operations Manager, whenever required.

10 Submit the Project Operations Manager the review of
Time sheets, wage computation and any other vital information which would reconcile payroll discrepancies.

 11.Maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.

12.Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.

 Working with M/S Al Nab’a Holding, Al Nab’a Services & Al Nab’a catering services in Muscat (Oman) as a camp boss from October 2017.
Key duties assigned are:

 Camp General maintenance and monitoring like electricity, plumbing, water complaints and pest control. Following maintenance records weekly and monthly.

 New arrival room allotment & basic needs arrangement, In order to complete the workers Medical & Employment ID preparation formalities.

 Ensure appropriate PPEs are available for workers. Fire assembly point available & marked properly & firefighting equipment is located where it is really needed and is easily accessible.

 Co-ordination with camp security and control unnecessary problems in camp and monitoring camp cleaners and ensuring camp premises.

 Display on notice board inter office memo, Quality and HSE policies of company, Emergency response procedures, Emergency contact numbers ect.

 Responsible for transportation arrangement as per the daily schedule and to record vehicle movement / Fuel consumption / Trips / Consumables delivery and vehicle mentianance ect.
