MATERIAL COORDINATION (Submission of samples, Approvals, Purchase
Requests (PR, s), follow-ups with suppliers, Material inspection requests(MIR, s).
Receive material by checking delivery note and packing list.
Delivery note and packing list is signed after all above type of material checking.
In case of OSD material same is mentioned on delivery note and packing list and simultaneously follow up is done with supplier to correct it.
Received material documents are submitted to warehouse manager for computer recording.
Material Received Report is made on the basis of delivery note and packing list.
According to site construction requirement priority material is issued to site.
Before issuing material is checked as per Material Request provided by erection planning department.
Handle all workers, helpers, riggers, crane operator and carry out work by proper safety rules and regulations.
Give instructions and awareness to all above manpower for safety for self, environment and material.
Maintain good housekeeping for safe work condition.
Examines major and/or critical issues with team members and the other sections if necessary.
Evaluate the personnel placed under responsibility.
Arrange to issue material to various sites by making proper report of Goods Issue.
Make delivery note to deliver material to various sites.
Make Goods Receipt of all inspected material.
GR is made on the basis of PO draft, Customer delivery note, PO number, Part number and material description.
Goods Issue is made On the basis of Goods Receipt (GR).
Keep control on Lead Time Variation and Re Order material to avoid stock level reaches to minimum level.
Find out Demand Fluctuation to maintain material stock.
Set material supply Static or Dynamic.
Coordinate and attend weekly meeting with procurement, project, sales and account to set future plan.
Coordinate with Logistics department to reduce inventory carrying and transportation cost.
Prepare material requisition by considering inventory level.
I have completed 3- year diploma in electrical engineering. I successfully completed training of OSHA and got certificate also.
