In-charge of the department’s training, development and operations. Managing the whole team of tele-agents and sales department for publication projects. Handling the most complex client’s queries and complaints. Keeping track of all job orders and contracts; as well as preparing and presenting weekly sales and performance report to the Director of Operations. Develop and maintain a list of top accounts and projects through the multi-Divisional Project tracker and actively participate in Key Account Management. Act as an industry resource for all Divisional product lines for technical assistance, product recommendations, specifications, etc.
In charge of GCC accounts like UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Lebanon and Jordan. Visit GCC countries every month to monitor and assist distributors in achieving target. Do yearly visit in Wisconsin, USA for sales strategy and training.
Responsible for the technical backup required by customers with respect to the architecture, finishing and interior design. Coordinates to the Project Site Supervisor, ensuring all jobs in the site are handled properly, and plans accordingly with the other jobs on hand. Assists and contribute ideas to the Division on achieving the yearly target and improve the division continuously. Prepares quotation, invoices, and memos regarding the discussions of the sales engineers about their client’s enquiries.
