Front Counter Reception:
I perform following duties at Front Counter:
Queue Marshals Co-ordination, Links VAF with Passports, Stationery and all co-ordination for local staff and assistant required by Front Counter ECMs & ECOs
DNA TEST:
Fill out GV39 & declaration Forms for each case. Prepare DNA Kits for each applicant. Create/Update each record on DNA Database. Issuance of Calling Letter Update Proviso accordingly.
DNA Tests: To conduct a test we need to make an appointment with the doctors. On an appointment we do manage queue, identity check and file work
Age assessment Test:
Same procedure of DNA is used for age assessment tests.
NOTE: Age assessment test conducts at Doctors Clinic.
