• Lead the SAP team & successfully implemented the SAP-PM Module for the whole plant. By coordinating with other dept provide the SAP-PM Module input data Sheet. • PM functional configuration with consultant, testing, data migration activities for SAP Asset Management using PM functionalities. • Responsible for all Master data collection, their migration and realization into the Module with External Consultant. • Responsible for creation of Maintenance Plans, their Scheduling and Deadline Monitoring, including maintaining Task Lists. • Successfully contributed the maintenance preparedness data sheet such as Maintenance manual list, Equipment master, Plant lubrication list, Test certificates, Spare lists, PM Schedule, Check List, Statutory document for future maintenance requirement. • Identified nearly 100% the Commissioning & Warranty Spare parts which are available in Site. • Responsible for SAP MM Module Implementation with the help of MIDAS material codification system. • Enlisting the Equipments & valves in system wise & match with P&ID and actual & providing feedback to Project team. • To smoothen the future maintenance activities prepared equipment & vendor database details. • Responsible to procure all plant spares, consumables, replacement equipments etc for day to day maintenance needs. • Involved in the modification work carried out by Supplier & OEM during Commissioning period. • Preparing the scope of work & developing the service vender for future maintenance activities. • Prepared & reviewed the yearly Budget for Mechanical Maintenance. • Take over Spares, Special tools, Consumable, O&M Manuals and As-built Drawings of Boiler & Turbine which are in vendor's scope. • Responsible to create Capital Asset Request (CAR Form) with detail technical description for material purchase for O&M. • Developing local vendor & supplier for reengineering & replacement of Chinese spare parts. 2.
