Main Responsibilities:
1. Consulting and Coaching line managers to implement the best HR methods, practices, policies and procedures whilst analyzing and presenting to top management in regards to the preset HR strategic objectives track progress.
2. Develop competencies framework for all positions and administer annual performance management
3. Initiate competency gap & training needs analysis and to plan yearly training schedule for each position.
4. Develop competitive salary structure, grading and benefits plan. Advise management on compensation, benefits and rewards.
5. Recruitment - this includes the full scope from developing job descriptions, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
6. Develop policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures and grievance management
7. Identify talent & top performers within organization for succession planning
8. Develop Workforce & Manpower planning with line managers, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels

10. Oversee payroll processing and other HR operations activity.
1. HR Consultancy & Advisory:
Provide consultancy to clients about daily HR matters such as statutory issues, disciplinary action issues, HR best practices, Employment act amendments and updates etc.
2. HR Projects Consultant :
Engage clients as a HR consultant implementing HR audits & HR transformation projects (Activity includes HR documentations review, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations analysis, workforce analysis and right-sizing etc.). Also administer small scale HR projects such as HR Startup for SMEs developing a fully functional HR department which includes proper documentation, process flow and management as per the employment act and statutory obligations.
3. Human Resource (Support) :
Supporting clients by advising and coaching HR personnel on HR management, performance management, job description writing, employee rewards & benefits, payroll processing, retrenchment processes, recruitment, HR letters and other HR Responsibilities.
