As Projects Manager at HAJ GULF KSA, I spearheaded two high-profile projects: a 152-bed long-term acute care and rehabilitation hospital (SAR 251 million) and the East Bustan Development infrastructure network (SAR 51 million). My role transcended traditional client representation, encompassing strategic vision, leadership and managerial support.

Beyond guiding stakeholders and project teams, I actively contributed to establishing PMO offices for other projects.
