• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure cost
effective and high-quality products and services.
• Prepare and issue RFQS, RFPs, SOW, agreements, contracts and purchase orders in
alignment with company policies.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensure timely delivery and resolving
any to meet operational requirements.
• Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with suppliers.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies.
• Review and evaluate technical offer received by supplier.
• Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery and cost
efficiency.
• Prepare and submit required documentation for import/ export activities, including
commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
◦ Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
◦ Support in the review process of contractors accruals invoice, payment,
purchase order, material deliveries and other financial data.

Department where we review the final estimation bills.
