Achievement
In 1988 I share with my youth colleague in others branches in kfc we change company policy with employee for managers that Americana was employee manager from outside but we became assistances managers in our branches in this period because my high performance & high duty with my influence in ceo on Americana .
In 1993 I transfer plaza mode factory for ready- made from a small factory to the first factory in Egypt to make a pregnant clothes and we became export to gulf counties .
In 2007 I share with my team to get a 5 new agency from turkey & Italy in kitchen ware, table ware and cocking tools and we open 3 retails brand name hisar home accessories .
In 2009 I share with new director manager to change position structure for our company and transfer our company from central management to decentralized management
In 2012 I established marketing department
