Assisted estimations department during bid preparation phase, submittal and follow up negotiations.

• Schlumberger - Mobile Camp:
Initiated the process for securing a mobile camp “camp on wheels” project from Schlumberger for three well sites. Profile presentation, company registration & project prequalification was successfully completed. Convinced and sold the idea to the senior management for proceeding with such a non-conventional project as it presented a great scope for the future. The project was awarded to Nesma for 3 years.

• Business Development Department:
Setting up the Business Development Department from ground zero. Establishing a reporting system and ensuring its compliance. Established Business Development Information Systems “BDIS” the effectively reduced the lead-time by 80% for any pre-sales query. Presented Nesma Trading on various levels (Exhibitions and Events) and delivered countless presentations on behalf of the CEO to high level dignitaries. Prepared and submitted countless PQ for Saudi Aramco, Royal Commission, Ma’aden, Marafiq, Riyadh Metro ANM/BACS/FAST, SEC, Mobily, SABIC and etc., with a 90% success rate.

• Marketing Collateral:
In 6 years, launched two websites developed from ground up. Identified the vendors, negotiated the contracts and deliverables until project completion. Developed corporate presentation for the entire company and one for individual service line (15 in total). Developed the corporate brochure and corporate advertisements for the various publications.
