Implement Quality Management System, RMC Quality Plan, Field Quality Plan-Job Pile & Manufacturing Quality Plan.
Identify and develop ITP, work procedure and all quality records / reports and formats.
Check and study of RFP, scope of work, technical requirement and specifications.
Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
Interact with Client for quality related issues.
Prepare Work Method statements as per project requirements for QA/QC activities.
Developing and implementing Quality Documents and formats, test procedures and technical procedures/method statements and check lists for different activities at site& laboratory.
Conducting frequent site inspections to Job Pile Site during In Si-tu Boring, placement of reinforcement cage into bored pile, sounding test, flushing of bore hole, casting of concrete & grouting of bored pile for ensuring its proper installation as per approved methodology.
Conducting frequent site inspections to Job Pile Site during precast pile driving for ensuring its proper installation as per approved methodology.
Experience of various Testing of fresh and hardened concrete properties as rebound hammer test of retaining wall, Concrete Slab and other concrete members.
Knowledge of Concrete Mixes for construction and their applications as epoxy polymer & cement grouting for seepage, honeycombing and pocket filling.
Experience of various testing procedures, designs of various mixes like Concrete Mixes.
Familiar with quality control procedures laid down in relevant specifications. Knowledge of concrete, batching charging and mixing process.
Incoming materials for the projects checked, Concrete Mix Design made, Concrete production quality control, etc.
Coordinating the material procurement department for procurement of quality material. Allocate qualified Quality Control personnel to the various areas of site activity.
Checking of reinforcement, shuttering and pouring of concrete as per construction drawing.
Checking of pre stressing of Girder as per project specification and International standards.
Following up the concreting works in a presence of the Engineer or Consultant.
Reviewing & replying of ANCR-Audit Non Conformity Reports & MUO-Material Unexpected Observation.
Monitoring required test reports and QC documents needed for internal & external auditing.
Reviewing orderly and accurate manner all laboratory test results, including materials certification and calibration records.
