As a senior associate I was working on jobs related to construction and reconstruction of; roads, public lighting, buildings, water supply networks and sewage networks.
On all mentioned jobs, I was working from preparation of documentation, obtaining acts necessary for the construction and reconstruction, such as building and usage permits, to implementation and monitoring of investments.
Also I participated in activities related to public procurement, carried out monitoring of usage of funds in investments in accordance with the budget.
As a person responsible for monitoring of usage of funds I took part in the preparation of annual and other planning documents and programs.
For all mentioned jobs it was necessary to do daily monitoring of legal and technical regulations related to the activities under the jurisdiction of the Department, and to lead a record of completed operations, works and all other technical and financial parameters related to the activities of the Department.
I have participated in the planning and implementation of the program Watercycle, which had the purpose of optimization of the sewage system of the entire area of the city of Koprivnica. After the Watercycle program was finalized, by the same program I have leaded the investment of construction of sewage network in suburban areas Reka and Herešin, which was co-financed by the EIB Fund II (European Investment Bank), and the whole investment I led from the documentation development, through public procurement, contracting works, investment monitoring, tracking temporary situations, leading the correspondence with the EIB Fund, organizing technical inspection with obtaining all necessary permits, and executing the final calculation with contractors. I have mentioned this investment, because nowadays it is necessary to think ahead and plan investments in a way that investor can more easily obtain assets of funds such as funds of European Investment Bank, in order to be able to execute greater number of investments, using the minimum share of its own resources and using the maximum share of resources from funds.
