Key Profile
•Lead the planning team in order to provide weekly maintenance schedule to maximize the crew utilization and keeping the downtime and maintenance cost to the lowest levels.
•Evaluate requirements for contract maintenance against existing craft capability and the backlog trend, assisting in developing contractor responsibilities and procedures.
•Provide training and support for maintenance planners and train operation and maintenance staff in maintenance management.
•Provide support to the maintenance managers for other maintenance initiatives such as craft skill development, TPM, vendor partnership, etc.
•Develops and provide data and recommendations for improving equipment reliability, review equipment histories and PM/PDM effectiveness.
•Ensure that the CMMS master data files are complete and correct.
•Responsible for supporting implementations and enhancements of the CMMS as a prime internal technical resource.
•Ensure that key performance indicators are in place to monitor and report on key maintenance and planning performance metrics.
•Support warehouse and inventory team in maintain the spares cataloging, duplicate resolutions, setting up MRP parameters and provide technical assistance to procurement.
•Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Operating Centers, other Maintenance and Technical departments.
