Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration
-Answer general phone inquiries in a professional manner and direct phone inquiries to appropriate staff members.
-Sort incoming mails, faxes and deliveries for distribution
-Prepare and send outgoing mail, faxes and courier parcels.
-Prepare reports, memos and documents with the use of word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
-Purchase, request, receive and store the office supplies to ensure availability.
-Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff.
-Update and ensure the accuracy of the organization’s databases.
Theme Park Operations
-Supervise park operations to ensure compliance to standard procedures and organizational policies.
-Opens park following all standard procedures and ensures operational readiness of the team.
-Perform analysis on store operations and make recommendations for operation optimization.
-Act as first line of operational support for managers and area managers in taking operational actions.
-Act as coordination point for other departments, mall authorities, contractors or government agencies for operational, maintenance or marketing related activities.
-Supervise ticket selling and cash handling procedures.
-Closes park following all procedures and prepares logs and paper works for the next day.
Team Leader
-Coordinates with HR department for recruitment and talent acquisition procedures.
-Perform job training for new team members.
-Conduct daily briefings to ensure that the team is up-to-date with all park activities, events or promotions.
-Generate staff schedule ensuring adequate staffing level at all times and monitor staff rotation.
Customer Service
-Greet customers in a professional manner, attend to customer needs, answer inquiries and handle elevated customer complaints.
-Hands-on operation of rides and attractions.
-Engage in telesales offering theme park party and group packages.
-Souvenir and merchandise item selling.
