1. Sourcing & Headhunting qualified candidates and ensuring that there are quality CVs in the pipeline.
2. Responsible for promotions and following the policy associated with it.
3. Responsible for efficient and optimized recruitment processes of internal & external candidates.

• Organizing surveys and exit interviews for effectively resolving reported issues.
• Maintaining updated knowledge and acquainting team members on various employment policies to be implemented in day to day business transactions.
• Make sure and assist employees follow the Saudi Labor Law.
• Assisting the management and employees in implementing disciplinary actions, managing performance, productivity and other related issues.
