FM service (Office Facility, Cleaning, Transportation, Asset Management, Catering, Waste Management, Contract Renewal and Proposals) all Office administration deskwork, Assisting HR and PRO for staff documentation and HR Service coordination (Staff Clearance, Passport & EID coordination Visa Renewal, Leave, Final Exit) Admin store (Staff Uniform, Office Stationery, hygiene, housekeeping & Janitorial items) handling etc.
Main Core Area: FM Service (Office & Camp Facility, Company building maintenance, Catering &, Transportation coordinating, HR & PRO Coordination).
Responsible for the entire camp a work force of 2500 labors and 40 officers, Maintaining documents related to Camp, Stores, Mess, and laundry.
• Manage labor accommodation which involves cleaning, maintenance occupancy in the camp, safety & security. Ensure discipline in the camp.
• Report workers staying in the camp/not reporting to duty on daily basis to HR along with the valid reason on each case.
• Daily camp checking, camp total details, daily reports & monthly reports sent to HR department.
Handle all Location of rooms for new coming workers. Keeping updated records of all labors staying in accommodation.
• Responsible for the clearance of sewage water from septic tanks and garbage disposals.
Handle immediate first aid and inform doctor in case of emergency.
• Staff accommodation & Office facilities.
• Coordinates conferences/events/activities.
• Enters employee leave requests after ensuring that the proper approvals are in place and confirms that employees resume duty as per the approved leave.
• Monitors staff attendance and informs the manager of late arrivals/early departures.
Manage labor accommodation city with capacity of 35, 000 which involves cleaning, maintenance occupancy in the camp, safety & security, Daily camp checking, camp total details,
• Sending daily reports & monthly reports to HR department.
• Handle all Location of rooms for new coming workers.
• Staff mobilization and demobilization.
• Facilities including cleaning, housekeeping, maintenance, Laundry & catering service.
• Updating all the internal & external tenants check in & out details in the city through FM system.
• Supervision of Staff/Workers Canteen - Co-ordination with Admin. Dept. for new Arrivals/departures - Co-ordination with Admin. Dept. for distribution of company letters etc.
• Approve and coordinate action upon service requests and enquiries for the facilities team and deal with feedback and complaints for the customers and provide data to be used by the senior management.
• Petty cash handling.
• Camp Maintenance, - Supervision for Housekeeping (Cleaning of toilets, corridors, surrounding etc.)
