Data Centre Operations (Primary DC and DR DC)- Provide uninterrupted service with ITIL standards and agreed SLA
Infrastructure Upgrade & Utilization as per the business requirements
First level support for IT Infrastructure related issues. Escalate to higher levels if required.
Networks, Firewalls, servers, storages and Data center infrastructure and facilities monitoring
Physical check of the devices. Tape movement and backup.
WCM system monitoring
Additional task of critical SAP jobs scheduling and monitoring.
